For our deaf, hard-of-hearing, and blind-deaf guests, appropriate auxiliary aids and services will be provided upon request. These needs are as individual as you are and we’ll work with our partners to ensure you can participate on an equal basis with other guests.

All Vacayans have been thoroughly trained on compliance issues and each of our vacation events will have a designated ADA liaison. This liaison will act as the intermediary between you and our partners to meet any disability-related needs.
