Our Ptown Summer Jamboree begins in:

Oasis is fun, luxurious, sporty, easy, relaxed, unscripted, indulgent, balanced, adventurous

The Vacayans are hard at work planning each and every detail of our 2021 Ptown Summer Jamboree. We’ll have lots to share with you as everything comes together. You’ll find that information here.

We’ll also house an email archive on this page, too. This archive will feature all the trip-specific communications we have with you throughout your pre-resort experience with us. That way, if you happen to lose a general email somewhere along the way, you’ll be able to find it right here.

VACAYA’s mission is to give you everything you need with plenty of time to ensure a totally stress-free experience. Get ready for your vacaya!

Many people ask us “what will the VACAYA Oasis experience be like?” VACAYA Oasis is certainly more laid back than our large-ship cruises, perfect for those seeking fun, relaxation, adventure, and romance.

The VACAYA Oasis rhythm is… Relaxed. Easy. Fun. Balanced. Luxurious. Indulgent. Sporty. Unscripted. Adventurous.

Provincetown’s beaches offer a number of accessible locations. Coast Guard and Herring Cove beaches provide accessible parking, restrooms, changing facilities, and beach wheelchairs. Herring Cove also offers accessible showers. The Cape Cod National Seashore’s website offers comprehensive accessibility information and a phone number for questions.

Provincetown itself has striven to become more accessible, but it struggles with some typical problems in older towns, like uneven sidewalks and steep roads. The nonprofit group Accessible Provincetown provides a comprehensive list of accessible businesses around town.

All emails to our Booked Guests will be available here.

One of VACAYA’s main missions is to give back to the communities we visit. We view travel as a truly transformative experience. LGBT+ travel specifically has changed the way people all over the world view our community. They have given us so much by welcoming LGBT+ travelers with open arms. Now, it’s our chance to give back to them through our ReachOUT program.

We’re working on our ReachOUT initiative(s) for this trip and all the details will be posted here. So stay tuned!

Provincetown is known for its Tea Dances and the Boatslip is famous for them! At this early stage, Boatslip is planning three Tea Dances over the week that all VACAYA guests will have VIP access to attend. As with any large-scale event, Tea Dances and other Entertainment may fall under post-Covid capacity limits that may impact our ability to gather in that large a number. If the situation requires smaller events, we’ll adjust (as we have proven we can do) by planning smaller gatherings at the beach or at each hotel where we can implement social distancing and any other protocols required by the government at the time.

Seasonal norms for mid-June offer consistent highs in the mid 70s°F with lows in the upper 50s°F . The sun rises around 5am each morning and sets around 8:15pm each night – over 15 hours of summer sunshine each and every day!
